DataVoice Support and Maintenance Program
SLA+ is a Support and Maintenance Program from Spescom DataVoice. The program includes pro-active measures to maximize the usage of the DataVoice solution and to anticipate and plan for business and/or system growth.
The program incorporates two levels of specialist support for the DataVoice solution installed at a customer site:

The program includes free DataVoice software upgrades and other benefits to help keep customer sites current and improve overall system stability.

The program includes pro-active measures to maximise the usage of the SDV solution and to anticipate and plan for a customer’s business and/or system growth.

By subscribing to the program, customers will receive the highest priority attention over and above non-subscribed Customers.

All these benefits are governed by a back-to-back Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the client and DataVoice.
